WHAT IS THE MARK'S MOTORSPORTS POWER POINTS PROGRAM?
It is a loyalty program where we reward you for your repeat business with us by earning "points" for your purchases that can be redeemed in store towards merchandise, service or even a new vehicle! They are easy to use, cardless, automatically tracked after each transaction by your email and cost nothing. The more you spend, the more you earn!
HOW DO I START EARNING POWER POINTS?
To begin earning points, simply provide us with your email BEFORE check-out so that your purchases will begin to be tracked by the program and converted into points.
WHAT ARE THE POWER POINTS WORTH?
After providing us with your email and completing your first purchase you will receive an email from the Power Points portal. Simply click the link, enter your email and create a password. Upon doing so you will earn 50 bonus points! With each purchase made on parts and service you will earn 1 "Power Point" per pre-tax and shipping dollar spent (some exclusions apply). ie: spend $200 dollars and earn 200 points which is the equivalent of $10 in rewards to be used on a future purchase. When purchasing a vehicle from Mark's Motorsports you will earn 5% of the selling price of the vehicle in "Power Points" (exclusions may apply including taxes and fees). You will also earn free bonus points with no purchase necessary on your birthday and by attending select special events!
200 Points = $10 Rewards
400 Points = $20 Rewards
500 Points = $25 Rewards
800 Points = $40 Rewards
1000 Points = $50 Rewards
WHEN CAN I BEGIN REDEEMING MY POWER POINTS?
Your points post in your account 30 days after your purchase. Once your Power Points post they will expire in 90 days.
HOW DO I USE MY POWER POINTS?
When available, BEFORE completing your transaction, you need to make us aware that you would like to redeem them. We will NOT redeem your points unless you instruct us to do so. Power Point account holder must be present in store to redeem points. Points cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or refunded. Any merchandise returned that redeemed points at time of purchase is non-refundable and rewards will be forfeited. Power Points can also be converted to a "Reward Certificate" via the web portal ONLY. They can be converted at any time before the points expire. Reward Certificates are not a "Gift Certificate." Reward certificates expire 30 days from date of conversion.
IF MY POWER POINTS EXPIRE CAN THEY BE REDEEMED?
We are sorry but once points expire they are gone and cannot be redeemed or "reinstated" so be sure to come in and use them before the expiration date!
WHAT IF I DO NOT WANT TO BE A PART OF THE POWER POINTS PROGRAM ANYMORE?
Simply, "Opt Out" at any time through the web portal.
**Program can be terminated at any time by Mark's Motorsports. Power Points/Rewards Certificates are not legal tender. Must be redeemed In-Store. Power Points cannot be used on prior purchases, sale, clearance or otherwise discounted merchandise, tax, shipping or for the purchase of Gift Cards. No cash back. Power Points cannot be transferred, gifted, sold or refunded. Power Points are not accrued on service warranty work, insurance repairs, Pre-Paid Maintenance. Other exclusions may apply.
